VIP Privileges
Each VIP tier unlocks a range of benefits designed to enhance your gaming experience and maximise your value.
VIP cashback is calculated automatically every week based on your total wagering and credited directly to your account balance — no manual claims required.
Gold members and above get a dedicated VIP account manager — someone who knows you personally, helps manage deposits and withdrawals, and resolves any issues in the shortest time possible.
VIP members enjoy priority withdrawal processing. Diamond tier members can withdraw within minutes, with no daily limits, seven days a week.
Every udintogel VIP member receives a bonus gift on their birthday — the value depends on their VIP tier and can reach up to RM 500 for Diamond members.
Platinum and Diamond members receive exclusive invitations to udintogel tournaments and special slot events with prize pools far larger than regular tournaments.
Beyond the general promotions available to all members, udintogel VIPs gain access to exclusive offers not publicly advertised — higher reload bonuses and easier wagering requirements.
Udintogel VIP members enjoy significantly higher maximum betting limits compared to regular members, giving you the opportunity to win bigger in every gaming session.
Skip the queue of regular customer support. udintogel VIP members have a dedicated line answered immediately by our senior support team, around the clock.
Udintogel VIP accounts come with an extra layer of security — mandatory two-factor authentication, real-time unusual activity monitoring, and priority account recovery support.
How to Join
The process of becoming a udintogel VIP member is simple and fully automatic. No separate registration, no additional documents — just play and level up.
Get started by registering a new account at udintogel. The registration process takes less than 2 minutes and you are immediately eligible for the VIP programme from day one.
Make a deposit using any supported payment method — FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, MAE, or bank transfer. Every deposit counts toward your VIP cumulative total.
Every wager you place on any udintogel game — slots, Live Casino, fish shooting, bingo — is automatically counted toward your VIP qualification total.
Once you reach the cumulative deposit threshold for the next VIP tier, your status is automatically upgraded and the tier-up bonus is credited to your account instantly.
From the moment you tier up, all benefits of your new VIP tier take effect immediately — higher cashback, a personal account manager, higher withdrawal limits, and all other privileges.
Important VIP Information
Cumulative deposit totals are calculated from your account registration date with no expiry. Your VIP status will not be downgraded as long as your account remains active with at least one transaction within 90 days.
Level upgrades happen automatically once you reach the threshold. To maintain Gold level and above, you need to keep a minimum play activity within 30 days — a requirement that active players will find very easy to meet.
Weekly cashback is calculated based on your total net losses over a 7-day period (Monday–Sunday). The cashback amount is credited every Tuesday before noon and can be used directly for play.
Udintogel VIP cashback carries just a 1x wagering requirement — among the lowest in the industry. This means you only need to wager the cashback once before you can withdraw it.

Many online gaming platforms offer VIP programmes, but most are little more than labels with no genuinely meaningful benefits. At udintogel, we designed this VIP program based on real feedback from the Malaysian player community — what they actually want, not just what looks good on paper.
The most noticeable difference you will feel from day one as a udintogel VIP member is speed. Fast withdrawals, quick support responses, and cashback credited without long waits — these are not empty promises but operational commitments we uphold every day.
Let's be honest about cashback. Many platforms offer high cashback rates but attach wagering requirements that make it hard to benefit — 5x, 10x, and some even up to 30x. At udintogel, the VIP cashback wagering requirement is just 1x for all tiers. This means if you receive RM 200 in cashback, you only need to wager it once before you can withdraw it.
For Diamond members with 12% cashback, consider this scenario: if your net weekly losses are RM 5,000, you will receive RM 600 in cashback every week. Over a year, that means more than RM 31,000 returned to you — funds you can use to keep playing or withdraw after meeting that simple 1x requirement.
One of the most valued privileges for Gold VIP members and above is access to a dedicated personal account manager. This is not an automated bot or a ticket system that keeps you waiting 24 hours for a reply. udintogel VIP account managers are real individuals who know your account, your gaming history, and your needs.
You can reach your VIP account manager directly through the in-app chat on udintogel. They can assist you with everything — from clarifying promotion terms and expediting withdrawals to offering game recommendations based on your preferences. For Diamond members, your account manager is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Many players worry about losing their VIP status after working so hard to earn it. At udintogel, we understand that concern. That's why we designed a fair VIP retention system — to stay at Bronze and Silver, there are no minimum activity requirements. For Gold and above, you simply need to make at least one deposit within any 30-day period.
These requirements are very easy for any active player to meet. And if for any reason you are inactive for a longer period, your VIP status will be temporarily frozen — not removed. As soon as you become active again, your status is automatically restored.
At udintogel, we believe an enjoyable and responsible gaming experience can go hand in hand. Our VIP Programme is designed not to encourage you to spend beyond your means, but to reward loyal players who game within their own limits.
As a VIP member, you have access to more advanced self-management tools — including daily and weekly deposit limits you can set yourself, session time limits, and a self-exclusion feature whenever you feel you need a break. Your VIP account manager is also trained to recognise signs of excessive play and will offer support without judgement.
